Founded in 2019 The Golf Path Academy is located at the Richmond Golf Club in Richmond, CA. PGA Member Jon Guntrum has spent his career working with students of all ages and skill levels. With over 15 years of teaching experience he has held positions at Burlingame Country Club in Hillsborough, CA. and as the Head Golf Professional at Berkeley Country Club, CA. Our Academy and this page will always be dedicated to the improvement, promotion and advancement of our Junior golfers. This page in particular is created solely to showcase our juniors for College coaches. Brooklyn Kim is 12 years old and is a rising star 7th grader at Bentley Middle School in Oakland, California. She started playing golf with her dad and brother and it has become her favorite sport and she periodically competes in tournaments. She has been team captain of her PGA junior league and helps the younger kids with their swing and putts. She enjoys drawing and dancing to her favorite K-pop music, trying new restaurants with her family and spending time with her dog, Suki. Brooklyn would like to be a Veterinarian or Dentist.
